Affordable legal representation is available to parents who have children with disabilities. Our Counsel, Michael Breeskin, Esq., has experience in addressing the educational needs of children under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act and Section 504 of the Vocational Rehabilitation Act. If your child’s educational needs are not being properly addressed, Mr. Breeskin can seek a just solution on your child’s behalf. The Arc of Denver has a Legal Representation Program that charges fees based on a sliding scale.

If you are interested in such services and reside outside of Denver County , you may be referred by the Arc in your county. Other local Colorado chapters of The Arc of Colorado are Adams, Arapahoe, the Association for Community Living in Boulder County , Douglas, Jefferson, Mesa and Weld Counties , the Pikes Peak Region, and the cities of Aurora and Pueblo.
