Mark Twain's Road to Freedom...the crossroads of Black and White

Through the words of Mark Twain, Frederick Douglass, Soujourner Truth, the music of Negro Spirituals, and the voice of the slave girl, this theatrical production dramatically illustrates the universal human quest for opportunity and justice. Plan to attend this entertaining and moving production to benefit the Arc of Colorado.
Who: The Arc of Colorado
What: Mark Twain's Road to Freedom-Music directed by Connie (Sauls) Wilkins with the Mile High Chapter of the American Gospel Workshop-Introduction by Art Jones, of the Spirituals Project.
Where: Cleo Parker Robinson Theatre-119 Park Avenue West-Denver, CO 80205-Parking on the north side of the theater-Handicapped access on the north ramp.
When: Friday May 2, 2008-Silent Auction and Appetizers begin at 6:00 p.m. Curtain at 7:30 p.m. Coffee/Dessert and Silent Auction closing to follow production.

On Your Schedule
The Lifelong Responsible Fatherhood Program offers FREE parenting groups and counseling in your home or at their office.
For parenting support in being a more effective parent and improving your relationship with your kids, they offer groups on parenting a child with disabilities and Dad support groups.
For support for relationships among the grown-ups, there is help with improving communication with your partner and improving family life. They offer couples and family counseling, individual counseling, and group counseling / support.
